Are you in a dangerous area? Just rest, look through your skill set, you probably removed it, You can also Sleep if you use the Rest skill while holding Shift, which will skip a day.
But be careful! Sleeping where there are enemies will either get you enslaved or "Violated".
Lona is down because she is tired, just rest and go above 0 Stamina and you will be fine.

Oh well, regardless, ur pretty fucked, Next time make sure you have an emergancy BluePotion, it recovers Stamina.

ur probably new so i let me remind you this is a cruel game, if you got stuck in such situation then use the KYAAAH!!! Action button, set it in the skills menu and use it, this will skip the "Getting your ass beaten" and sets your stamina to -100, causing lona to faint, Use this only if your enemy wont kill/eat/rape you, i think rats will let you live if you faint... Not sure.
