Check the folder with presets and see if there are any non .PNG images or any files that have (1) or similar in the name, that should fix it from all I know.
They are located at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Stripey\GOMI\CharacterSaves\Preset
I found the issue, having a dot in the name of preset (like Dr.) breaks it
