I think I could have worded this better but, by masturbating it means to press sleep when your horniness is at max, it will force you into the forced pent-up masturbation minigame (different from the optional one in the morning). You will need to do it at least 2 times whilst thinking of "Manliness" then it should put you into the scene upon sleeping after the last time you do it.
