Concept of game seems funny.
My biggest complain is when you create characters at beginning. I thought that i got stuck, i didn't get info/feeling that i need to create more than one character. But this can be interesting concept you just need to make it clear. And also in future even leave option for player to experiment before picking final characters to see which one is complementing to their idea of fight.
Next one is background music is not fit, check other turn base games.
Overall good idea, keep building.
