I think it's neat, Combat feels good and tactile and I like the fact that you actually block and not dodge through everything. 
My nitpicks would be the CRT filter and the broken ai that is constantly sheathing and unsheathing. especially with the reasonably loud SFX, Speaking of which, would be nice if Greatswords didn't share the same unsheathing sfx as short sword n' shield because it doesn't make any sense and makes me pop a vein. Beyond that it would be things with the art style but it's probably too underdeveloped anyways. I'm interested to see more of this.
