for the 1st part, its in the initial sequence, before any of the secondary choices. it says "It felt so good, the car sure knew what he was doing with his ass." if it makes a difference, im doing this through the replay building, if that changes anything
for the 2nd part, yes. i go into the room, Saphura greets me, i press the spacebar to progress the dialogue, and i get stuck.
