I had a really fun time playing this, it wasn't really scary but it was pretty funny and I loved the art! The music you two chose was a nice touch and was groovy enough to it making the battles feel like they had a good flow.
The combat felt intuitive once I began playing and it was cool seeing the new enemies the further I got.
The rotting mechanic was really cool, it added depth to the game and a sort of leveling up feel without having to calculate XP and other confusing stuff.
I think adding a bit of sound effects could be cool, even if it's just a standard attack/hurt sound effect for every creature.
