Just a heads-up that it won't let me continue with Julia's password even though I've got it (and Romero's) correct! A fun game so far, but I'm weirdly locked without a way forward. Have tried hitting the enter key and everything.
Yeah you have to go through the conversations and other steps that give you hints about the password. Then you input the password guess again on the computer. Progression seems to be tied to completing the steps in order instead of just inputting the right password, for rooms after the break room at least.
