For some reason whenever a sex scene or something like that is about to show, it just loads and doesn't ever stop. Do I have any way I can fix it?

You need to extract all the content inside the .rar file
There's a missing folder. That why it doesn't load ;)

If keeps loading forever just when just open the game: you're open it with a browser. Use a flash projector
If the loading screens is in the H-scenes, the .exe file and the folder named "files" are not in the same directory
