It's very unlikely that that will be added. The dev team doesn't want to fetishize intersex folk like most lewd games do, so they'd need to figure out a respectful approach. Until they have someone on the team to give perspective on that, they likely won't approach it
you can edit your character in the save file to have both genitals and it mostly works, but it is a little buggy when it comes to protection. i've had characters insist that i wear a condom before *they* penetrate *me* lmao
