How does the game fit the theme?
The game fits the “Strange Place” theme by putting the player in a workplace that is obviously unnatural, both in how it looks and how it behaves.
Nothing about the environment feels normal. What should be a simple, structured job instead feels unstable and slightly absurd. You’re given clear rules and clear tasks, but the setting itself constantly makes you question them.
It’s a strange place not because it tries to hide what it is, but because it openly expects you to accept it as normal.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All core elements of the game — from design, code, and visual assets — were made by the Fenryn team during the jam.
The only thing we didn’t create from scratch was the audio, which were sourced from freesound.org,
