There is a missing word from what the female voice is saying - what word could that be?
The male voice says numbers in response to each photo. If you know what the missing word is, you can work out from these numbers the order of buttons to press.
The other clue you need comes from the male voice saying, "Normally I would say six, but this one only has FIVE."
This is also a clue about the sequence of button presses.
all I could make out is that she is sayinghow many {L...S} each has may be it's letters?
I've tried to count the letters of the words given in the first puzzle to see if it works, but I don't think this is the right solution.
maybe she is saying lives?
but what does that even mean? and what would this help me with?

I did it the solution is this

press the Hawk bottun 2 times the Crickit bottun 5 times because the one in the Photo isn't normal, it has 5 legs instead of 6
lastly press the Frog bottun 4 times.
