I intend to include a lot of that content! I'll be revealing the next enemy design in the upcoming devlog, but yes, I'm very much planning to accommodate trans/futanari options and body mod content. It just takes time from both an art and programming perspective, especially since I have a personal rule against reskinning enemies, every one needs to be functionally distinct. The next enemy is a penis-having woman, and I do intend to include transmasc characters too, because they're a genuinely underrepresented demographic and honestly have some really fun design potential.
