It happens pretty regularly but one example is Braga after making these choices:
"You did great!"
"You'll get lots of good quality meat"
"What's wrong?"
"Aren't you being rather reckless?"
"Use salt, pepper, and paprika"
Speaking of Braga I tried going back and replaying some of the previous scenes to change the ending and it seemed to play the same one every time.
