Is there any way to do a "definitive" reset? I started this game a few months ago before my life got kinda hectic and I want to have a fresh experience again.

It should unlock after completing the True Passion route, akin to Undertale unlocking "True Reset" after finishing the True Pacifist route. To delete saves manually, there's a guide on the FAQ over here! ^^ If this doesn't work feel free to let me know so I can update the guide.
