Is it possible to transfer saves from the windows version to the Android version and vice versa?

Hello, I've recently played the one before the latest version on a Windows laptop. Currently, since it is not possible for me to play on there, I want to be able to play on an android phone. The problem is that I wish not having to start from scratch again as those saves have 110+ hours on them already. So, is there any way to use those saves files and use it in mobile? Is it possible to do the opposite?

Thank you for reading.

Sorry for the late response. The post was "pending for moderation" for some reason, so no one could see it until now.

There is a way to transfer your save file. When you load into a game and enter the options menu it'll give you the choice to "Import/Export saves" which creates a file on your system for the save slot you select. Once you have done that, you can transfer the file to your phone and use the same choice is the options menu to import the save.

It's a bit of a hassle, but it's usually not possible to get to the saves in the android version without rooting the phone, so we had to implement this roundabout way.

No worries. Must be because I made this new account just to ask this question.

Thank you for sharing with me a method to be able to play on Android from a windows save as well. Do I have to save the exported save file specifically in a new folder just for the game or saving it normally is enough? I fear the game wouldn't be able to find the file or can't read it unless it is in a designated folder.

I'll still try it out. If something does go wrong, I'll still have the original save on the laptop and I'll mention the problem on here.

Thank you for taking the time to answer me.

P.S: Sorry for the late reply. Had a hectic week. Hope you have a nice day.
