it is a cute game with well-poslished art, and I must say that I enjoyed playing a lot getting to know about characters' personality.

I don't think I have any suggestions for adding a narrative section right now. Though I would say it would be lovely if there was an scene showing customers and the person they wanted to send letter to after we had the scores :D
