If you're asking about where to find chips to play the games, there's a plant in the upper right corner of the bar, at the top of the casino map. Select it and you'll find that someone put hella chips there that you can use. If you use them up on the wrong games, you won't get enough tickets and get a game over screen, but then you start again where you left off with all the chips. You'll have enough chips to get the tickets you need, but you have to spend them on the right game(s), and there's clues from the other gamblers on what game's best.
