hey, it's huge! i believe you should just polish and add more content for everything you already have in the game (i.e. more battle formations etc). Some visual adjustments like autoscaling and font sizes are great quality-of-life features which would bump the impression IMAO
The impact of 100% fatigue is not very impactful so one couldn't understand they need to establish second party roster
The roguelike choices on the way are great though I did not fail even once: maybe the chances should be highlighted and tied to specific characters in the squad so you can understand which one would use which stat check and then will be unavailable for the rest of the run
The second main thing for autobattlers after proper squad\equipment management is about player agency during fights: potions were already mentioned, but there is much to think about skills and all this stuff
Being a game designer for 15 years (mobile mostly) I see tons of monetization points opportunities but won't corrupt you with them YET mwahahaha
