Double click and drag the mine into command center!
Thats not very intuitive! Working now though, hopefully others read the comments.
Open to suggestions on better controls. I did put it in the intro screen as instructions. I did used to have a "mode swap" button for dragging buildings vs. making connections but found that really annoying.
Let me know how far you get! Eager to see if anyone can get all the way to a rocket :)
