Ohh i didn't expect Rali's Father is a lion, i thought his father is also a wolf. And talking about wolf, what's this being a 'Lycans'? Monstrous Affliction? And why Rali's being hunted just because he's a Lycans?

But in all seriousness, all of those questions / points of confusions should be answered by the end of Act 1, at the latest, very beginning of Act 2!
