Just give it time and your sect will grow. There is not much to do.
Very fair point, I'll be dropping an update soon that'll *maybe* make this feel less like you don't have to do anything to progress.Though, unfortunately, the general lack of content is gonna hold the game back either way. The next major update should solve that issue ;)
