I'm sorry to see you're going through this! chapter 3 has been facing a lot of outside problems, and I was hoping it had finally subsided. It's good to hear that it's getting finished, however. Hopefully that will increase back your subscriptions!

I see some people in the comments are noticing the issues on their end, so making your post is certainly having an effect. Though I'm not sure if subscribestar can really help, as just turning back on the billing on all subs could have consequences for them. With some luck, you can try to make them send a notification of sorts to the users, at least!

To clarify, I'm not asking or expecting Substar to start billing people who have unsubscribed, that would be silly. These are all people who, as far as I can tell, WANT to be making payments, and were at some point, and then...the system broke. And Substar didn't contact them enough to fix it, or the emails were missed, etc. This recent Feb. situation especially though seems to have involved NO emails to anyone: I certainly didn't get any on my personal account. Payment method just...vanished. So something seems to be seriously wrong on their end, and hopefully that can be addressed soon.

I think I might've worded badly my post, so I apologize. I didn't mean you wanted them to bill the users, but rather that, since they won't, it's going to take time to normalize. Sorry for the misunderstanding!
