I'm delighted that you had such a memorable time playing Chapter 1 and especially that you are enjoying the setting so far. My favourite part of putting this world together - outside of drafting and coding - is definitely curating the music and SFX. It's also lovely of you to mention the text effects! Every extra detail is added with the intention of making Garden of Bones a more immersive, atmospheric experience, so I'm really glad to know you savoured them.
No plans for a tip jar or anything (maybe someday?) but that's so kind, I don't even know what to say except 'thank you.' ⸜( ╥ ᴗ ╥ )⸝♡ Honestly knowing that this demo has inspired you creatively is the greatest honour - if you ever do draw any of the characters, I hope it brings you joy!
The sense of ever-present danger is very intentional so that warms my heart to hear, and yes I fully intend to continue your MC's story alongside that of the ill-fated twins. Spent a few unfortunate months on something of a hiatus (it was not possible to work on this project much over the holidays), but I have been editing Chapter 2 today and the end is in sight.
