Any game engine is allowed as long as it is playable in-browser. If your game is not playable in-browser, it has to be one of the formats in the accepted list of formats. The reason games must be from the formats below is to allow for the most people possible to be able to play your game on tablets, phones, computers, and what-have-you.

Accepted formats: 

.bin (Atari only), .nes, .sfc, .smc, .md, .gb, .gbc, .gba or .nds

If your game is not free, it must be playable in-browser or you will be disqualified from the game jam.

Can my game submitted to another jam?

Your game can be from/submitted to other game jams, the hope/expectation is that your game was made from February 15th-March 31st of 2026.

Can I submit my game like this, I upload the playable for any device in html extension so it playable on website, then I upload the game.exe(because I want to submit it to another game jam) is it okay?

Absolutely! If your game is available in-browser, then any additional formats are just icing on the cake!
