Hello!
I have another user reporting the same on the web version of the game, can you try the native one from Steam? The other user told me that it's machine has low specs and sometimes skip frames, and each time it skips a frame the cursor never resets to it's original form. I think I can fix it, but I need to be sure this is the issue.
