if you "encourage logan to go to the camp" you need to sneak into the camp at night.. until you find him.. select your choice...
if you didnt encourage him to go to the camp, probably you need to help him to enhance defences (if you didnt do that already) craft wolfbane, go to Bareshade and select to resuce one of the main characters.
