I have a question I want to reduce the panelopa impact and it has decreased, but then stopped. How can I reduce it to the minimum?
I believe that it can only be reduced down to an extent. There is a book in the library that can tell you more info.
As far as i know only Nel and glace actually have a minimum influence level on cecia.A couple ghosts have a minimum on the npc characters they posess also i think, which i beleive is so they are the actual owner of the body.
