Nifty game. Definitely needs some balancing, no matter what I can't generate enough power. It's also impossible to assign workers to power production.
Also, a stopping bug: unlocking rank 19 requires State Secrets, but you can only get State Secret from the Surveillance Rig, which only unlocks at rank 20.
