Oh, it is? I have Anna in Love mode right now with only 4 hearts and I haven't seen anything after dishes or windows. I guess I'll see what happens once she gets all 5 hearts if that makes a difference, unless by "horny" you meant Lewd then yeah I guess I'll miss out on that lol.
yeah that dialogue option unlocked once you have 5 hearts regardless of path and you don't have to do anything. it's an option the moment you enter kitchen
