i noticed this as i was grinding to get all the raid encounters, but when you use Teleport on Route 1 it always teleports you back to Sada's Lab even if the last place you healed at was as far as Pewter. obviously not something game breaking but i figured i should bring it up anyway

Oh, really? That's actually a new one for me - thank you so much for bringing it to my attention! 
I've got it noted & I'll take a look at it later today. I might've missed a script command inside Pewter that sets your new TP location? Who knows.
