Thanks for the feedback! Your suggestions sound really good. I was also thinking about having multiple objectives rather than only defending from the attacks. For example, the arrows are limited and random arrow pickups will spawn in the map, which will force the players to take more complex decisions since they will eventually run out of arrows. This is probably a more low cost way to make the game more interesting. But your suggestions are really helpful for turning this game into a complete experience. Thank you for playing :)
