I'm like halfway into the game and I still have no idea what the terms "blessed", "unblessed", and "fallen" mean? Can someone explain to me this? It's super confusing?
The Blessing is basicly a brainwashing spell given to each newborn. "Blessed" People feel "holy", they avoid risks, violence und unfamiliar things at all cost. The Blessing also stems emotions like curiosity, willingness to take risks, thirst for adventure, Anger, etc...
"Fallen" lost their Blessing by strong emotion or traumatic events. Because their emotions got constantly surpressed + most of their morals and restraints originated from the blessing, they are sometimes unhinged and cannot fully control their emotions as easily as unblessed People can. "Unblessed" are basicly normal people. Unblessed People are considered Dangerous, unpure/unholy and rebelious, therefore they are surpressed and enslaved by the Blessed.
