Before anyone asks, the new update (30a) is already available for the public/free "tier". I don't know if Vanderer will upload in here as well...
I think he abandoned itch.io
it is a possibility, but I don't think he did, the last development news on itch.io was about the 28a, but if you look at the download options, you will see that Part 3 is already with the 29c version (which, until yesterday was the latest update).
And we are in 30A now
So my theory is correct, vaderer waits a day or so after the public/free tier before he actually updates itch.io.
