Put in the "config" folder, the point is to replace the old "trafficSystem" xml file.
Well I thought I saw somewhere that you said not to ask you how to install it so I wasn't going to ask! OK so I can replace the xml easy enough but do i leave all the vehicle folders in the license plate folder or move them too?
I updated the installation method. The folder needs to be where the xml file is.
