I have 4 gags numbered from 1 to 4. They are all purified items with great bonus stats and i wear them all. Now as ones is worn on top another, i can only "cycle " between gag 3 and 4, if i want to reach gag 1 and gag 2 i have to remove the outer gags first. So i wonder : Are the stats of gag 1 and gag 2 still apply to the wearer or they are "suppress" until i take gag 3 and 4 away ? And does the same concept go to other layered restraints ?
