Got really interested in the new level up system, but in the end came to a conclusion that the only form in the early(Z1) stages worth upgrading is human ones
But it could be nice to gain rewards by completing form-quests, like 300 points per slime quest or goblin quest(anyway it's a little pointless knowing that the boss encouter forces player to be in human form)
And maybe it could be more rewarding for the player to have some kind of a "passive" universal upgrade that doesn't depend on the form(+1-5 AGI per goblin skill, +1-5 defence per slime, etc)
Can't say anything about Zone 2 rn, didn't test it out for now(previous play was in 2.5 before new balance system)
In my opinion new balance made it pretty easier, just not that rewarding and satisfying cause of lack of universal "level up"
Also could be really helpful to have some kind of an option to turn off random encounters for the "story only" playthrough(Yep, that's a cheat option tbh, but having handful of encounters to progress the slime quest moving from floor to floor got me a little bored, especially knowing that this is my second playthrough)
And yeah, it is intended that Slime Endulging from last Slime form quest just made me transform a goblin to a female goblin?(lmao)
In 2.5 it didn't work if i remember it right
