I must say though, one of my criticisms is that we don't have enough scenes for our relationship to develop with the characters, not that I've played through all of the content so dismiss this if this is already understood and done away with. For Lancelot, I like him a lot as I do Luceris. But I wish there were more scenes with them. I want to love Lancelot because I appreciate the complexity of his and MC's relationship, so I need to see what a mundane day to day looks like.
If our relationship deepens, maybe I can help him bake, maybe if he's making a snack for Luceris, we as a spiteful MC can sneak a pepper into one of his treats lol, discuss story books, talk about our families, or more scenes where he intervenes in some way in our unhealthy coping mechanisms or when we're younger, help us find a hobby and we can do nice or cruel things for him in turn. This applies to all of the other characters.
If you've ever played Our Life (VN) for example, you have the choice to play experiences (beach, camping, date, etc for example) in each stage of life or choose to skip ahead to the next one.
What I'm saying is that I love what the characters can give us and I wish to spend more time with them. I know this game isn't even finished and there's more to come and it's already SO difficult to write this, but this is just my input. Thank you for this story ;D
