Sorry for the confusion, we have switched the Steam page from all ages to adults only so it will show up as unavailable for regions where such content is not allowed on Steam. The original plan was to release an all ages version with free 18+ DLC so we could make the base game available in these regions, but we received feedback from players living there they would rather get the full game elsewhere than be unable to get the adult content. We are planning to release the full uncensored game on other platforms such as Itch eventually.
