Nope. You can do it at any time, although I don't recommend doing it the same time as the Clavicus Vile quest.
There are patches for other mods here like compatibility with Mihail. Everyone should be using the Orpheus Subtitles Fix too.
okay bet, so I'll do Clavicus quest with this mod disabled and only enable once its completed.
Also, does he play nice with all of those texture replacers on nexus site?
