Tried to download both apple files and they're prompting me that these files are damaged and can't be open. Any solution for this? Bought it from the bundle.

That's apple's way of forcing devs to pay for their Apple Developer Program, and they convince us to do it by blatantly lying to users who try to download software that isn't codesigned.
