So the chest update is great, I've actually been waiting on batch opening and auto-discard before continuing to do expedition things, so that's a big win.
When it comes to the sparrow seed feeding one though, I was excited to see it in the patch notes, but I feel like it doesn't really work well as a "feed a flat amount" limit. I was expecting it to be the ability to put a cap on the feeding rate rather than just telling to feed a flat amount.
Problem with a flat amount of seeds is that, sure, it's useful if you sit down and calculate exactly how many seeds you need to hit rebirb levels, but given the scaling costs of leveling up, that's about where the usefulness ends, because after that you have to keep coming back over and over to adjust the value to feed more and more to keep up with scaling.
For me, I'd much rather be able to just set the feeding rate ceiling, as it's much easier in my book to just look at how many seeds I'm producing and say "I'll feed 50% of my seed production to my sparrow." or something. Hell, being able to explicitly devote a percentage of seed production would be even better as that would scale itself permanently. Just my thoughts on it, though.
