How do I get this transformation to fully progress? It's been stuck like this for a while now and I can't get it scanned.

It's already at the last stage if you want it to be permanent you take the red pill Eliza gives you if you don't want it you can take the blue pill Eliza gives you or you can create the pills in the lab
also there is a quicker way to make transformations go quicker should be "quickmorph pill" or something similar
