I've added something that should force it to match your screen size, please give it another shot and let me know. If not, let me know what your screen aspect ratio is and I will look further into recreating the issue
Unfortunately, this made it worse, and it became impossible to even close without AltF4 as the menu was off screen. 1366x768. If you didn't force a full screen, window size could be manually adjusted.
