Hi, from what I can tell this game was made in Renpy. You should be able to play the game using apps that run Renpy games on your mobile device. JoiPlay is a popular one on android that I use a lot, you just need to download the Renpy add on for it. There are also options for IOS though I’m less familiar with those.
