You have to unhook the tractor and move it to the side that the PTO is on and reattach it

I figured out my issue shortly after I posted this. I wasn't aligning my tractor to the exact spot it needed to be in to get it to hook up. The other issue I have is mod related and unrelated to yours. I have a dump cart and it doesn't recognize the auger but that's not on your mod. I just have to use a belt plus the auger or just forgo using the cart and using a more traditional trailer that sees the trigger.
