Yup, on Patreon with a Yametter Tier, you get a code for Steam :) That is what German and Chinese people do.
The problem is, Patreon is not an option in my region either, sadly.. The main problem is that I can't purchase this game as a steam gift since it's completely blocked in my country, unlike many other studios like EA or Ubisoft - their games are inavailable too, but I still can buy them as a gift from other sites. I'm just hope you will try to do something about this region block so I can buy this wonderful game.
