This is a lovely little program, and I've had it running for a bit. While I might not follow thru on stretching and drinking water immediately, it often gives me the chance to take stock of what's going on and figure out what I need to do at any given moment, which for me, is just as valuable.
I will definitely take advantage of the Pomodoro timer as well! I haven't had a need for it yet, but I am sure it will do me some good soon!
