would it be possible to either be able to search your own library for tags - or otherwise when searching everything to have the option of purchased or a owned in the price range
Is there anyway to do this or any suggestions for library management or something similar- I’d really appreciate any comments
Searching a growing itch.io library can definitely feel limiting when you’re trying to filter by tags or only see what you’ve already purchased. I’ve run into the same issue, especially when switching between desktop and mobile. A built-in owned-only filter would make browsing so much cleaner. Until then, using collections or tagging games manually is the closest workaround, even if it isn’t perfect.
Personally i think an additional factor that may help in similar way is the ability to sort by recent upload date, so we can have an easy search in our library for updates to all our games without having to check each game individually. if they can be sorted by most recent uploaded file to the games' downloads selection, it would make it immensely easier to find games that have received updates from the developers.
I would really like to be able to find tabletops I got in a bundle seperate from video games I got in the same bundle seperate from zines I got in the same bundle seperate from game dev assets I got in a bundle and so on, and for the list of things in my account to not randomly shuffle the order of the list every 5 minutes of browsing such that stuff I already checked and browsed past to find what I was looking for keeps showing up over and over and over.
