Mild thing about the trans options, went with being transfem and the only option for having breasts also specifically said they're from surgery. Personally would prefer that to be an option if nothing else, since like don't need breast augmentation to have tits if you're on estrogen, you know? So like could be three options, one for no breasts, one for breasts (implicitly from HRT), one for breasts with top surgery (which ultimately is nonspecific about the nature of them, just that currently there are breasts and there was some augmentation at one point). Or really could just do two, breasts or no, no specifics about the nature of them; personally that would be my preference, but I'm just one gal.
